Do you enjoy reading? Do you struggle with your relationship with food? Would you like to explore this is a safe environment in which you can be supported and gently held accountable for making any changes you wish to make?

Therapy Book Club combines the benefits of group therapy with the community spirit of a book club. This is not a diet or a weight loss group. Instead you can expect:

A safe environment, facilitated by a trained BACP registered therapist.
The support of people experiencing similar issues
The opportunity to make sense of the reading as it applies to your life and experiences.
Guided exercises in a therapeutic environment.
The satisfaction of supporting others with similar struggles.

Therapy to the power of 8, therapy book club is less expensive than one to one therapy and more effective than working alone.

Your investment is £295 for 8 x 2 hour sessions and includes copies of the books and a guided reading plan.
