Kick those limiting beliefs into touch! Like our own internal health & safety department, anxiety and self-doubt exist to try and keep us safe. It makes sense to consider both the pro’s and con’s before taking a course of action but when we become paralysed by our anxiety or our lack of self-belief or we find we are listening to an internal monologue that focuses almost exclusively on the “con’s” it’s not only unhelpful but exhausting.

It doesn’t have to be this way.  These resources help address the balance, quieten the inner critic and put you in touch with your inner wisdom.
